Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders across India.

No additional shipping charges will be applied during checkout unless otherwise stated during promotional campaigns.

Payment Options

Fully Prepaid Orders

Customers may complete payment online using available payment methods at checkout.

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)

To reduce fraudulent orders and ensure smooth fulfillment, selected orders may be eligible for Partial COD.

Under Partial COD:

  • A small non-refundable advance payment is collected during checkout.
  • The remaining balance is paid at the time of delivery.
  • The advance amount secures your order and covers processing and logistics costs.

Full Cash on Delivery (COD)

Full COD may be available for eligible orders and serviceable pin codes.

CROWNVALE reserves the right to disable COD for certain products, locations, or high-risk orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS.

Customers can track their shipment using the tracking link provided.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated delivery failure:

  • The courier partner may attempt re-delivery.
  • Orders returned to us may be subject to re-shipping charges.
  • Advance payments made for Partial COD orders are non-refundable.

Address Changes

Address modifications can only be requested before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order is shipped, we may not be able to modify delivery details.

Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Operational disruptions
  • Courier partner issues

CROWNVALE shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
